I have had semi permanent dentures from start to finish. Dr. Philip is the best. I had removal, main titanium screw placement, and then "tie rod surgery". Yes, it was uncomfortable on a scale of 2 for main screw placement, I took my prescribed anxious medicine. No infection and no problems. It is a year long process but totally worth it.

When I went to Parkway and explained to them my fears Dr. Nguyen was very understanding and walked me through every step of each visit. I have to start by saying that I haven't gone to the dentist in over 10 years due to a bad experience and absolute terror. I looked on yelp and forced myself to make the appt based on the good reviews. I can honestly say, after my first vist, I had tears of relief. The billing department is on top of their game at submitting claims, and they go out of their way to fight for you with poorly functioning insurance companies. "Loved it" is a strange rating to use for a dental office--no one's favorite place to hang out--but Dr. Philip and the staff do deserve the 5 stars. Loved how accommodating and patient oriented the entire staff and doctor was! I managed to have my entire family squeezed in the last minute and two of us ended up having cavities when we just went in for a cleaning and check up.They managed to have us taken care of during that same visit for our multiple cavities. The doctor also called us to check on us the day after to see if everything went well and whether our filling feel comfortable. Over all my entire family was thoroughly impressed and will never go to another dentist besides Parkside again!
